These terms govern your use of apnistories.com and app.apnistories.com, operated by Kaushal Sharma ("Apni Stories", "we"). Making an account or placing an order means you accept them.
You upload photographs, our editor helps you design a photo book, you approve a complete page-by-page preview, and we print and deliver the approved book. Prices, formats and delivery estimates are shown before you pay. Payment is collected online through Cashfree Payments, or as otherwise agreed with support.
The preview you approve is exactly what we print, including any spelling, cropping and photo choices in it. Please check it carefully; after payment the book is locked for printing and content changes are no longer possible.
Your photos remain yours. By ordering you confirm you have the right to print the photos you upload, and you grant us only the limited licence needed to design, print and deliver your book. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or depicts anyone in a way you have no right to use.
These are covered in our Refunds, Cancellations & Shipping policy, which is part of these terms. In short: cancel freely before printing, free reprints for damaged or misprinted books, and ₹200 back if an Indian delivery takes longer than 7 working days from approval.
Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of our team, or unlawful content.
Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
