Refunds, cancellations & shipping

Every book we print is made only for you, from your photos, after your approval. That shapes what can and cannot be undone, and we have tried to keep the risk on our side of the counter.

Before printing: cancel freely

You can cancel an order any time before printing begins and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 70422 68046 or email support@apnistories.com with your order number (it looks like AS-XXXXXX).

After printing: no cancellation, but three promises

Once your book is on the press it cannot be cancelled or returned, because a book of your photos cannot be resold. In its place you have our three printed promises:

• Nothing prints without your yes. You approve a full page-by-page preview before we print. What you approve is what we print.
• Free reprint, no questions. If your book arrives damaged in transit, misprinted, or with colours clearly off, send us one photo of the problem within 7 days of delivery and a new copy ships within 48 hours, free.
• 7 working days, or ₹200 back. Counted from the day you approve the preview to the day the book reaches you (within India). If we are late, ₹200 comes back to you without you having to ask.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Cash-on-delivery amounts are refunded by bank transfer or UPI after we confirm the details with you.

Shipping

Books are printed and delivered in about 7 working days from preview approval, anywhere in India, with delivery included in the price. We ship through reputed courier partners and share the tracking number with you the day your book leaves. Worldwide delivery is available; international timelines and any customs duties depend on the destination and are confirmed before you pay.

Wrong address

You can correct your delivery address from your order page any time before payment, and by messaging support until the parcel is handed to the courier. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot redirect it, but if it comes back to us undelivered we will reship it to a corrected address at no charge.
